Great service. Messaged about a few JDM cars in September. Jes sent over all the information I needed. Went for a JDM Honda Elysion - perfect. I'd highly recommend. Clearly a company that knows their stuff without cutting corners. Will definitely use again.

Just got a 2008 Toyota Crown TRD from these guys, brilliant experience from start to finish. Jes kept me in the loop from day 1 and sent plenty of photos along the way and a video too. Also told me of any imperfections on the car so I knew exactly what I was getting. Before this Crown came in they had been updating me on cars coming in which was great, as I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted. Highly recommend them if you are looking for a Japanese import. Definitely a business you can trust! Also got the car delivered and it arrived to me in Northern Ireland the same way it left.

Fantastic guys, they sold me a beautiful Toyota Crown. They were very honest about any imperfections on the car, did a thorough check of the car and replaced anything that needed replacing. I am extremely happy with their service and assistance. I would highly recommend people to purchase through them if they want an import vehicle.

Collected my RB3 last week from Just Jap and it was the most stress free deal I have ever had, from the initial enquiry through to collection was nothing but flawless. Nothing was to much trouble for Jes at any time of the day (or after hours) he answered all my questions. As this is my first import I was a bit sceptical about buying a car from the other side of the world without seeing / driving it but Jes provided me with lots of pictures and reassured me that if the car was not suitable for me my deposit would be fully refunded.
I needn't of had any reservation's as the car was just as described (even better), Jes took time to explain everthing about the car in detail. After the test drive the deal was done and off I went, a very happy chap.

Bought an Elysion 3.5 Prestige from Just Jap Imports in September 2022 - End to end it was a great service, super helpful throughout with loads of detailed pics sent through before purchase and they were really knowledgeable about the car, variants features and customisations (and all JDM in general). There was no pushy sales as they had full confidence in their stock, which was really reassuring. I still keep a close eye on what they're bringing in next, and they always have some stunning vehicles that never disappoint, I get a bit envious but a bit too early for an upgrade for me! But when I do I'd definitely buy from here again, and can't recommend enough to others. I wish all my experiences in car-buying were as good as this.

Purchased a Toyota Mark X from the guys that was delivered on Monday. The car is in absolutely fantastic condition, was exactly as described and Jes was super patient with all my questions about several cars and sent me loads of pictures when requested. Everything was clear and concise, i was kept up to date with everything and the car ended up getting registered earlier than thought. Delivery was organized really quickly, i was kept up to date with when the driver was leaving the lot with it. I honestly cannot fault their service, absolutely top from start to finish, probably the most pain free purchase of a car I've ever had. They know their stuff and won't push you into anything. Bought a Toyota Crown Athlete from these guys, and wow what a car!!!

The condition of it is truly outstanding for a 15yr old car, I mean really outstanding!!!!.

You know what it's like when you get it home and wash and wax it for the first time. You'll start noticing all the little dents, dings and imperfections etc.. well if I'm being really really really anal and unfairly picky on a 15yr old car it has two tiny stone chips and a very small crack on the inside of the side skirt. That is IT!!!

Inside and out, no grime or dirt of any kind. Its like a new car and runs perfectly no knocks, bangs, squeaks or any other negative points to note.

The service was impeccable and the lads were helpful, respectful and never pushy for you to make a purchase. Replied to any queries promptly and honestly.

Can't fault the car or the service, and wouldn't hesitate to buy off these professional chaps at Just Japs again....

Bought a beautiful Crown Athlete V from them yesterday, really easy process overall, not at all surprised they come highly recommended by the owners’ club.

I met Sarj at the warehouse, he was only too happy to take me through all the features of the car and everything that should be checked when inspecting one. Really knowledgeable and passionate about Japanese cars. Happy to let me test drive the car as long as I wanted.

Kept up to date with the progress and registration went through after 4 weeks.
Picked it up on the day they received the V5 and the guys were very accommodating for my availability. Very smooth process from start to finish, would recommend these guys, as they clearly have a passion for their job and cars!

Bought a Toyota Caldina N Edition from JustJapImports who delivered it to me in Bristol for a reasonable fee. Extremely happy with the car and its condition. I've had a few Jap imports and this is one of the oldest cars age wise but one of the best in terms of condition. They've presented the car amazingly with a quality clean and polish. Timing belt was done along with a service. Communication was excellent all the way through I had emails to say the car arrived, another to update me when it was registered and a third to explain the work done to it. Had a minor issue with the aircon which the guys sorted over the phone.

EXCELLENT. Totally honest transaction. Honda Stepwagon, exactly as described down to the smallest detail. Everything works. Drives nicely. Car radio installers damaged a fascia trim panel and they found me a replacement from Japan within a week. Would have no hesitation to buy from them again. Top guys.
