In celebrating the Mark II's 30th anniversary, a special Trente (French for 30) version was offered for the Japanese market. These were presented with some refined upgrades over stock examples including the following:

- 30Th anniversary stamps on door pillar/mouldings

- 30th anniversary custom key

- Mark II stamped Chrome door steps

- Optional storage compartment between rear seats and adjustable rear headrests

- Steering wheel upholstered to match other walnut trim

- Gold badges/emblems
